The last and final week.
How have you done this last 7 weeks? Did you get in all of your workouts? Meals?
Did you achieve any strength goals? Time goals? Fit into a certain pair of jeans?
Did you do what you set out to do 7 weeks ago?
This is the last week to lay it all out and get every last drop out of the time left.
This week I am commited to getting in 3 strength workouts plus at least two cardio/conditioning sessions - finishing out this 8 weeks STRONG!
Last week was a bit of a bust in terms of motivation but I got through it and learned some valuable lessons which I have been able to carry into this last week and they have been powerful for me!
My nutrition has taken a wonderful turn for the better and I am already feeling the effects. I am making better choices and listening to my body more than ever and I am super happy with that.
I'll blog more next week but wanted to be sure that I checked in for that last little push for the final week!
